The procurement function faces an ongoing challenge of creating and maintaining value for internal stakeholders. When there are complaints or unsatisfied business partners, it is important to identify the cause of the concern. Whether the concern is valid or not, procurement can become a more effective, customer-centric business partner by addressing the issue head-on.
Agile Methodology, rooted in principles such as flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement, provides a dynamic framework that is well-suited to address the challenges inherent in procurement. By adopting Agile principles, organizations can enhance adaptability, streamline communication, and promote a customer-centric approach within their procurement practices.
This webinar will explore best practices in using an agile approach to improving customer satisfaction with the procurement process. You will hear about a real-world example of a successful approach to improving procurement’s satisfaction rating.
Benefits of Attending:
By combining the concepts of agile methodology and voice of the customer interaction, you will not only be able to create better customer partnerships, but you also create broader opportunities for procurement to be a trusted advisor. You will leave this webinar knowing how to more effectively use ongoing feedback to drive increased value.
In the ever-evolving landscape of procurement and supply chain management, organizations are constantly seeking innovative approaches to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction. One such methodology that has gained significant traction is Agile, a flexible and iterative project management approach initially designed for software development but increasingly being applied to various business domains.
