The Project Essentials Ishikawa Fishbone webinar is an informative and practical session that focuses on one of the most widely-used and important quality improvement tools – the Ishikawa Fishbone diagram.
By utilizing Ishikawa Fishbone methodology, project teams can identify and address the root causes of a problem, rather than just treating the symptoms. It can lead to more effective problem-solving, improved quality, reduced costs, and increased customer satisfaction.
The key to the resolution of any process problem is to learn what the cause of the problem is. The Ishikawa Tools of Quality assist in that endeavor. This webinar is designed to demonstrate why that is important and how to discover the true cause of any problem.
Using a Fishbone project management diagram, you can analyze even the most complex projects and isolate any factors that contributed to process breakdowns.
Every organization operates based on the completion of a number of processes. Just by the nature of our business functions, from time-to-time unexpected hiccups occur. We have no way to correct those hiccups without understanding the causes of the hiccups. The Project Essentials- Ishikawa Fishbone diagram will teach you through an interactive material presentation how to ascertain what those causes are and how to deal with them.
Attend the webinar to learn the various types of causes that play a part in our processes and how to identify what is the actual cause of the problem. Learn how the diagram came into being and how to construct one from scratch.
